Refunds and cancellation.

Lifetime licences

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase. A refund returns everything you paid, including sales tax.

A refund ends the licence: it is revoked and stops working on your computers at their next check-in. If you dispute the payment with your bank instead and the dispute is decided in your favour, the licence ends the same way.

Monthly plans

You can cancel anytime with Manage billing, in your account or in Auralyn (Settings → Account). If you cannot use Manage billing, email support@ironlabstech.com and we will cancel for you. After you cancel, you are not charged again, and your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for. The current month is not refunded.

If you move to Lifetime instead, buy it while signed in to the same account: the unused part of the month you have paid for comes off the Lifetime price, and Monthly ends at once.

Payments

At launch, payments are handled by Stripe.
